S

cripGuard is developing an autonomous medication dispenser designed to close the gap between prescription and consumption. Filled and programmed by a pharmacist, the device releases medication only at the prescribed time and in the prescribed amount, while redundant timing systems help prevent early or unauthorized access. When a prescription is complete or expires, the device is returned so unused medication can be safely disposed of, reducing diversion, misuse, and environmental waste. By turning prescribing instructions into physical access control, ScripGuard supports patients, physicians, pharmacies, and payers with a prevention-focused approach to prescription medication safety.
